The estate
The estate consists of two different types of buildings. The north side features six spacious urban villas designed specifically for families, while the south side contains three U-shaped properties.
A street has been constructed, dividing the residential buildings into two sections, to provide optimum access to these three properties. This street can only be used by the fire department and garbage collectors, which means that vehicular traffic on the estate is restricted.
There are three children’s playgrounds located between the buildings and within the U-shaped properties. These have been designed to meet the needs of different age groups, ensuring that children can play here safely and happily. There are also three courtyard gardens for relaxing in.

Another important aspect of the sustainability strategy is the local production of renewable energy. Each building has a self-sufficient heat supply and is heated with air-source heat pumps that extract environmentally friendly heat from the air. In addition, photovoltaic systems have been installed on the roofs to generate clean and renewable electricity. In this way, Nine West Living actively contributes to reducing carbon emissions and promotes a sustainable energy supply.
The new Nine West Living project has been awarded the KFW 55 EE certificate. This award is testament to the efforts to create energy-efficient and environmentally friendly living spaces.
